Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bella Voga, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
1. 14-Day Return Guarantee
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any item for a refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original retail packaging.
- All original tags and labels must still be attached. Items returned without tags or with damaged retail boxes may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact the Bella Voga Team at info@bellavoga.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return.
- Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
- Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Buyer Responsibility: In accordance with our policy, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for items lost in transit back to us.
4. Inspection and Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the goods.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage.
- Items missing original tags or retail packaging.
- Personalized or custom-made orders (if applicable).
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at info@bellavoga.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. In the case of a genuine manufacturing fault, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different style or color, please follow the standard return process for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
